The Room is the most characteristic space of the place and, therefore, one of the main options to take into account for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The menu begins with some appetizers such as acorn-fed Iberian ham, natural oyster in ceviche or confit lobster tail with boletus and foia. The dishes are Pumpkin cream with scallops and caviar, Sole fillets with crab sauce, Grilled sirloin with potatoes/Canary Islands glazed with Port. For dessert, puff pastry millefeuille with nougat cream, Colombian Coffee and Christmas Cascajos will be served.
El Pabellon , another restaurant in the complex, shares a menu with La Sala. However, in this one you can enjoy The Look, a diner-show famous for its quality and its reminiscences of the golden age of Las Vegas or New York.
At La Galeria , the menu opens with an appetizer of Iberian ham before moving on to the main courses. Canard consomme with foie ravioli, Christmas-style stuffed lamb and Celeiro Hake in stew are the recipes that can be tasted.

The Ibizan night is even more magical on the last day of the year , which is why at THB Los Molinos Class they have prepared a special New Year’s Eve gala dinner that will last until 03:00 in the morning with party favors and a good atmosphere.
The lounge will host hot and cold appetizers with a welcome drink to open the night, which will continue with Foie Burnt Cream, Scallop Tartare and Lemon and Caviar Whipped Cream Blinit, among others.
